It's no secret...we all know that "picture day" can be stressful.
Worrying about what to wear, how the kids will act, etc.- I get it. I've been there, too, which is why I have committed myself to making your session with Emily Robin Photography easy, laid back, and stress free.
All you have to do is show up and enjoy your time. Okay, and admire your baby with me, but I have a feeling that won't be too difficult.
My studio is an in-home studio designed with families and little ones in mind. Let's face it, it's a home! Where kids live! You can relax, knowing that baby is boss and no one is on anyone's timeline but theirs.
Both you and your kids can take it easy.
Know what else you'll love? I custom design sets, backgrounds and outfits to make your photos go from basic to brilliant! We will work on colors and themes together prior to your session so that when you arrive, it's all ready to go.
You and your loved ones will be captured in the best light and with the best equipment. I never stop learning, ensuring you get the benefit of the latest techniques and trends, while staying true to what is timeless.
Your pieces will never go out of style.
Furthermore, your newborn will be handled with great care. In fact, I'm currently the only photographer in Wyoming to be certified by the American Association of Newborn Photography Safety! Your baby's safety and comfort are my first priority.
Want to do an off-site shoot? Let's do it! While newborn portrait sessions happen mainly in-studio, maternity and family sessions are done primarily outdoors. Incorporating nature in your photos is always a great idea.
I am first, and foremost, a mama. My husband and four children are the loves of my life. They are my tribe; the gatekeepers to my heart and the drive behind all that I do. My greatest acheivements are my babies. I'm also a softie for my animals... a dog, a cat, and a bunny.
I am a seeker of light, lover of all things baby, and a collector of pine cones. I am a dreamer who sees in color and loves to be among the trees. To me, the mountains feel like home. I love music that soothes my soul and the smell of a campfire. I'm a sucker for good books and lazy Saturday mornings with my people.
If you want to make my day, give me a vanilla chai tea. Or tell me my kids are cute.
Photography is just an extension of who I am. I see in frames, even when I'm without my camera. It has given me the ability to freeze moments; to bottle up a feeling and save it for another day.
