I don’t even know where to begin with this post. This may have been one of the most meaningful sessions I have done, to date. Mariah was my cheerleading coach when I was in high school and you can imagine my delight when she contacted me to schedule a session for her family. What makes it even sweeter is that she traveled almost 400 miles to make it happen. Talk about a huge heart boost. I was almost in disbelief when she scheduled the session. I honestly didn’t think it was real. Something that Mariah gave me as a coach many years back was a ton of love and support. She truly believed in me and wanted the best for me. She always encouraged me to keep pushing my own limits and to never get too comfy in my comfort zone. Well, 15 years have passed and she is still doing the same things. She still believes in me and what I am doing. She is still cheering me on and supporting me. She still loves me and wants the best for me. If you’ve ever had someone like this in your life, you know what I mean when I say it’s a huge blessing. I was so grateful to be able to connect with her again and met her family. I loved seeing little versions of her and her husband was so wonderful! I couldn’t be more happy for her. Our time together was too short, but it meant the world to me. I don’t know if she will ever fully know how much she has meant to me in my lifetime, 15 years ago and still today.
